Open onemynd beside your call, choose your microphone, meeting audio or both, and press the play button on the pill. The transcript fills in as people talk.

Open a saved session and export the full transcript as text, Markdown or PDF whenever you need it.

Pick your microphone, the meeting's audio, or both for each session. Start and stop whenever you like. Let people know when you're transcribing.

Open onemynd Settings to review permissions. Calendar needs Full Access to read meeting details on a Mac. If macOS or Windows changes a permission, quit and reopen onemynd before trying again.

With Whisper and a local answer model selected, transcription and answers are processed on your computer. Session history is stored on your device.

Cloud options send selected audio, questions and included context to the provider. Answers can include conversation text, background files and screenshots when screen context is enabled.

Each license works on up to 2 devices, and you can move an activation to another device from your account. Lifetime and Pro both get every update; Pro adds Claude in the cloud.

Sign in and open My account: it has your subscription, invoices, license keys and active devices. If a purchase is still processing, wait a moment and refresh the page.

Cancel renewal from My account at any time, and resume it there before the period ends. Your paid access continues through the end of the paid period.

Pro includes onemynd credits for cloud transcription and answers. Heavier models use more credits per answer. Local models never use credits.
