Local models are separate downloads: Whisper captions about 0.5 GB, Gemma about 2.8 GB with 6 GB of memory, larger builds optional; or connect a model you already run through Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp or Hugging Face, which uses no onemynd credits either. onemynd credits are shared between transcription and answers, reset each month, and do not roll over. Lifetime covers the version purchased, with no future updates or cloud models. Pro includes optional BYOK for cloud answers: your provider bills you directly, and those requests do not use onemynd credits. Cloud transcription uses onemynd credits.

What happens when my onemynd credits run out?
Cloud requests pause until your next monthly reset. Everything else in Pro keeps working: local Whisper, Gemma, any model you run through Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp or Hugging Face, updates, and your own API keys for cloud answers, which your provider bills directly. We won’t bill extra automatically.
What does lifetime mean?
You keep the exact version you purchase permanently on up to two devices, including all local features. Future updates and cloud models are not included. You can move an activation to another device from your account.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Use Manage billing in your account to stop renewal. Your paid access continues through the end of the paid period. After that, app access ends unless you also own a Lifetime license for the installed version. BYOK also requires an active Pro subscription.
